Products - We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. As pieces are handmade using natural materials such as freshwater pearls and mother of pearl, slight variations between pieces are normal and part of what makes each item unique.

Pricing and Payment - All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Order Acceptance - Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud), in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
