Refund policy

Your Right to Cancel - You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. Returning Your Item - If you cancel your order, you must return the item to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you told us you wish to cancel. Items should be unworn, unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds - We will refund you the price you paid for the item, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item back (or, if earlier, evidence that you've sent it back to us), using the same payment method you used for the order.

Faulty or Damaged Items - If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at smilepearl2025@gmail.com with photos as soon as possible. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
